CEO message
For about 20 years since our founding in 2006, we have gradually refined our technical capabilities in the specialized field of architectural metal work, with the support of everyone's trust. Although we are still in the middle of our journey, we will not rest on our laurels and will always keep our eyes on the next stage, learning and improving.
The construction industry is currently at a major turning point, including the shift to carbon neutrality, the advancement of digital technologies such as BIM/CIM, and the review of global supply chains. In response to these changes in the environment, we are not arrogant, but face the challenges humbly and steadily move forward with each issue one by one.
We believe that the acquisition of ISO9001 certification in 2022 and ISO14001 certification in 2023 is a milestone in which our quality and environmental initiatives have been evaluated from a third-party perspective. In addition, in 2024, we will establish a local subsidiary, ALPIA VIETNAM, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and began full-scale expansion into the Asian market. All of these achievements are not due to our efforts alone, but are the result of the guidance and support of our customers and business partners.
In 2025, we set out to take on the challenge of becoming a 10 billion yen company. We believe that this is by no means a dream that has been overachieved, but rather a goal that should be gradually approached by accumulating realistic measures such as strengthening the development of environmentally friendly building materials, business reform using DX (Digital Transformation), and further promotion of global expansion.
What I value more than anything is people. No matter how advanced our technology and equipment may be, what makes the best use of it is the power of each and every employee working hard on the front lines. My mission is to continue to be a company where employees can feel growth and work with satisfaction and pride, and I believe that this is the source of the company's sustainable growth.
We will continue to honestly and honestly take on challenges in order to become a company that makes all stakeholders, including customers, business partners, local communities, and employees and their families, feel glad to have worked with J.Create.
Although the company still has many areas of improvement, we would be grateful if you could continue to provide us with your guidance and support. I would be more than happy if you would kindly watch over our progress and create a new future together.
