Shimomeguro 5-chome plan

The Shimomeguro 5-chome project is a complex facility consisting of a paid nursing home and stores constructed in Meguro Ward, Tokyo. It is a reinforced concrete building with 11 floors above ground and 1 floor underground, with a total floor space of approximately 9,000 m2, with a supermarket on the first floor and 88 nursing homes on the upper floors. It is equipped with infectious disease prevention and energy-saving features, and also takes into consideration the local landscape through greening and replanting cherry blossom trees. The business owner was Japan Post Real Estate, the design was done by the Japan Post First Class Architect Office and Tokyu Construction, and the construction was handled by Tokyu Construction.
