Saitama Resona Bank Kawagoe renovation work

The former Kawagoe Branch of Saitama Resona Bank is a Western-style building built in 1918, and is Saitama Prefecture's first nationally registered tangible cultural property. Due to aging, banking functions were terminated in 2020, and after repairs, it was renamed as “Resona” in May 2024. It opened as "Coedo Terrace". The facility is a new regional base that combines a historic appearance with modern functionality, with a co-working space, shared kitchen, challenge shop, restaurant, and former vault gallery, with the aim of promoting the brand and creating industry.
