Construction of new Tsukuba factory welfare training building

The construction of a new welfare and training building at the Tsukuba Plant is a welfare facility improvement project carried out at the Kyoritsu Pharmaceutical base in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. The steel-framed, two-story building with a total floor area of ​​approximately 500 square meters will include offices and rest spaces. Construction will begin in June 2024 and be completed in April 2025. The design concept is ``Create, Reborn'' (INCUBATION), and the building features a spacious space without pillars and a universal design. Additionally, an "egg wall" made from recycled eggshells has been incorporated into the interior, achieving both environmental friendliness and creativity.
