Fujikawa Denki Head Office Building

The new construction of Fujikawa Denki's head office building is a head office function restructuring project carried out in Taito Ward, Tokyo. The 55-year-old old company building was rebuilt to create a new company building with a steel frame structure, 5 stories above ground, and a total floor space of approximately 1,507 m2. The design was handled by Ishihara Yamaguchi Planning Institute, and the use of low-E double glazing "Sunbalance" improves insulation and heat shielding performance, creating a BCP-compatible office equipped with energy-saving technology and emergency response equipment. Construction is scheduled to be completed in August 2024, and the earthquake resistance, security, and work environment have been significantly improved, making it a base that will support the next 100 years.
