Shisei Gakuen new construction work

The Shisei Gakuen New Construction Project is a construction plan for a multi-generational social welfare facility that is currently underway in Shinmachi, Nishitokyo City, Tokyo. It is a 5-story reinforced concrete and steel-frame building that integrates a special nursing home, day care service, and nursery school, with a total floor area of ​​approximately 9,718 m2. Designed by RIA's Tokyo Head Office, and constructed by Fujita's Tokyo Branch, the building aims to be a community base that is barrier-free and disaster-prevention, and where everyone from children to the elderly can spend their time with peace of mind.
