Kita Gakuen new construction project in Miyako Kita Ward is the first integrated elementary and junior high school in the ward, which is currently under construction in Kamiya, Kita Ward, Tokyo, and is a project that will integrate Kamiya Junior High, Kamiya Elementary School, and Inada Elementary School. The south school building (5-story reinforced concrete building) and the north school building (4-story SRC building) are located on a site of approximately 16,756 m2, with a total floor area of ​​approximately 18,872 m2. The project will be designed by Ishimoto Architects and constructed by Fujita San-S Nitkumente JV, with completion scheduled for August 2026. Equipped with a library and multipurpose room, the building is characterized by a design that blends in with the local area and is environmentally friendly.
