Mitsui Fudosan Industrial Park Inzai II is a next-generation logistics facility built in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture that uses a seismic isolation structure.It boasts a site area of approximately 18,180 m2, a total floor area of approximately 30,153 m2, a steel frame/SRC structure, and 4 floors above ground and 3 floors in a tower. The building was designed by Nippon Sekkei and constructed by Sumitomo Mitsui Construction, and was completed in May 2020. Adopts a seismic isolation structure with excellent earthquake resistance, ensuring high reliability that can be used as a data center. In addition to introducing LED lighting and energy-saving equipment to enhance environmental performance, the property is located in a highly safe location that avoids the risks of tsunamis and liquefaction due to its accessibility, which is about an hour's drive from the city center, and its strong foundation on a diluvial plateau.
