The building was designed by Nippon Sekkei and constructed by Sumitomo Mitsui Construction, and was completed in May 2020. Adopts a seismic isolation structure with excellent earthquake resistance, ensuring high reliability that can be used as a data center. In addition to introducing LED lighting and energy-saving equipment to enhance environmental performance, the property is located in a highly safe location that avoids the risks of tsunamis and liquefaction due to its accessibility, which is about an hour's drive from the city center, and its strong foundation on a diluvial plateau.
