D Project Koto Fukagawa new construction is an urban logistics facility called "DPL Koto Fukagawa" built in Shiohama, Koto Ward, Tokyo. It has a site area of ​​approximately 36,882 m2, a total floor area of ​​approximately 138,160 m2, 7 stories above ground, a seismic isolation structure, and is equipped with an emergency generator and flood prevention measures to comply with BCP. The project was designed and constructed by Hazama Ando, ​​and the project owner is Daiwa House Industry. Construction began in 2019 and is expected to be completed in 2022. This is a next-generation base that can be used as an office in addition to logistics functions.
