Kitasenju West Exit Station Tenant Building

The Kita-Senju Station West Exit Urban Redevelopment Plan, which is currently underway on the south side of the Kita-Senju Station West Exit rotary in Adachi-ku, Tokyo, is a project aimed at improving disaster prevention and reorganizing urban functions in an area where aging multi-tenant buildings are clustered together. The planned site is approximately 0.7ha and is designated as a commercial area, with Mitsui Fudosan Residential and Tosho Holdings participating. Taking advantage of the convenience of being in front of the station, construction of a mixed-use building with commercial facilities, offices, and residences is being considered.
