Seiwa Hibiya Building

The Seiwa Hibiya Building is located in Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, and is a steel-framed office building (partly RC/SRC), 10 floors above ground and 1 floor underground, completed in November 2016. The total floor area is approximately 9,459 m2, and a mid-layer seismic isolation structure has been adopted to ensure high seismic performance. Designed by Yamashita Sekkei, construction by Ando Hazama, BCP compatible and energy saving performance, DBJ This is a high-grade building that has received the highest Green Building Certification rating.
