The building is made of reinforced concrete and has eight stories above ground, approximately 28.2m in height, a total floor area of ​​approximately 4,135m2, and a site area of ​​approximately 695m2. Lintec Corporation was in charge of the design, and Starts CAM Corporation was in charge of the construction, and will include a group home for people with disabilities, a group home for the elderly with dementia, day facilities, a counseling support business, and a community interaction space. This facility aims to realize a society that coexists with the local community, with disaster prevention and barrier-free considerations in mind.
