Kandenko Oji Building

The Kandenko Oji Building is located in Toshima, Kita-ku, Tokyo, and is a steel-framed, five-story office/warehouse building completed in February 2015, with a site area of ​​approximately 3,636 m2 and a total floor area of ​​approximately 7,029 m2. It functions 24 hours a day as a dispatch base for the Tokyo metropolitan area, and is also available for tenant rental. This is an environmental demonstration model building that is equipped with measures against flood damage in the event of a disaster, continuous use of electricity, and energy-saving performance, and features natural ventilation, organic EL lighting, floor-blown air conditioning, and other features to achieve both comfort and efficiency.
