Aoi Garden Nagaoka

The Aoi no Sono Nagaoka new construction project is a nursing care health facility built in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture, and the client was Seiseikai Medical Corporation, with design by Wasizu Sekkei Co., Ltd. and construction by Igarashi Kensetsu Kogyo. The building is a three-story reinforced concrete structure with a total floor area of ​​approximately 4,638 square meters. Construction began in March 2017 and was completed in March 2018. The facility will have an admission capacity of 100 beds, day rehabilitation for 30 people per day, and will include a treatment room, examination room, functional training corner, cafeteria, etc., and will provide rehabilitation-centered services aimed at returning patients to their homes. Equipped with an earthquake-resistant structure and in-house power generation equipment, it has disaster prevention functions that can maintain a lifeline for three days in the event of a disaster and provide emergency food to local residents, and received the Niigata Prefecture "People-Friendly Town Development Award" in 2019.
