Special nursing home Shallom Kitamoto new construction work

This project is a special nursing home built at 257 Nakamaru 9-chome, Kitamoto City, Saitama Prefecture, and the client is Ichigo, a social welfare corporation. The building is a fireproof steel structure with four floors above ground, the site area is approximately 2,422 m2, the construction area is approximately 1,299 m2, and the total floor area is approximately 4,816 m2. Construction was decided through open competitive bidding, and the facility has a 100-bed facility for the purpose of supporting the daily lives of the elderly.
