Shinagawa IV block

Shinagawa Station North Development Block 4 is a large-scale redevelopment project being promoted by JR East in Minato Ward, Tokyo. We will construct a skyscraper with 28 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, approximately 150 meters in height, and a total floor area of ​​approximately 165,000 square meters. The project is planned to include offices, station facilities, commercial facilities, and an information hub, and will be directly connected to the new station on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line. The project has also been certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as an urban revitalization project, and will develop an advanced urban infrastructure with enhanced disaster prevention functions and environmental performance. Furthermore, in conjunction with the opening of the Linear Chuo Shinkansen and strengthening access to Haneda Airport, we aim to evolve Shinagawa into an international exchange hub.
