Kitashinagawa 4-chome

The Kita-Shinagawa 4-chome Project is a 14-story reinforced concrete condominium project located in Kita-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, with a site area of ​​approximately 1,664 m2 and a total floor area of ​​approximately 6,763 m2. Kitano Construction was in charge of the design and construction, and cast-in-place concrete piles were used for the foundation. Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2024 and be completed in October 2026. By being close to Shinagawa Station and Keikyu Kita-Shinagawa Station and adjacent to an area undergoing redevelopment, this project combines urban convenience with a calm living environment.
