The Nakano-ku Chuo 5-chome project is a 15-story reinforced concrete rental apartment building developed by Nomura Real Estate Development, located in a prime location just a 1-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Shin-Nakano Station. There are a total of 57 units, mainly 1LDK and 2LDK units, with shops attached. The site area is approximately 496㎡, the total floor area is approximately 2,879㎡, and the design was handled by Gendai Architectural Research Institute. Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2025 and be completed in April 2028.
