Sanbancho 28 Plan

The Sanbancho 28 project is a reinforced concrete condominium (total number of units) developed by Mitsui Fudosan Residential in Sanbancho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, with 18 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, approximately 60 meters in height, and a total floor area of approximately 21,778 square meters. The park court is a luxury condominium condominium with a seismic isolation structure and a variety of common facilities.The design and construction will be carried out by Penta-Ocean Construction, using a pile foundation. Construction will begin in November 2022 and is scheduled to be completed in December 2025. It is planned as "The Sanbancho House".
