The Mita 1-chome new construction project is a project undertaken by Asahi Kasei Real Estate Residences in Mita 1-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo. A reinforced concrete building with pile foundations will be used to construct a condominium (44 units) with 12 floors above ground and 1 floor underground, with a total floor area of ​​approximately 3,665 square meters. The building was designed by Archicite Mobius and constructed by Mori Gumi's Tokyo head office.
