Harumi 5-7 Block Athletes Village Planning Work

The Harumi 5-7 block is part of the HARUMI FLAG project, which utilizes the site of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Village, and boasts a total of 1,822 units. Developed as VILLAGE, it is a large-scale residential area that includes a 50-story tower building (approx. 180m in height) that uses a hybrid structure of seismic isolation and damping.It was designed by Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei and constructed by Maeda Kensetsu Kogyo, aiming to create a sustainable city by obtaining environmental certification.
