特別養護老人Home Phoenix Suginami

The special nursing home Phoenix Suginami new construction project is located in Amanuma, Suginami Ward, Tokyo, and the social welfare corporation Akatsukikai is the project owner, and is a project to construct one of the largest special nursing facilities in Tokyo with a reinforced concrete structure (partially steel frame construction), one basement floor and six floors above ground, and a total floor area of approximately 11,283 m2.The project was designed by Kizo Ito. Matsui Construction was in charge of the construction of the Ro Architectural Research Institute. Construction began in January 2020 and was completed in August 2021. It is a next-generation complex facility with a capacity of 180 people and 36 short stays, equipped with ICT equipment and sleep scanning in all rooms, small-scale multifunctional in-home nursing care, and a disaster prevention base-type community interaction space.
