Goodman Business Park is a data center building located in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture, with a total floor area of ​​approximately 33,589 m2, 5 floors above ground reinforced concrete construction, scheduled for completion in April 2025, designed by Azusa Sekkei, and constructed by Shimizu Corporation.It is a next-generation project that focuses on decarbonization and sustainability, including the use of environmentally friendly concrete "SUSMICS-C" on one of the largest scale in Japan to achieve carbon negative.
